Statement From ICC Judge Regarding Berlin Attacks

The Vice-President of the International Criminal Court, Oskar de Felice, a well-known Berlin resident, would like to express his grief regarding the recent terrorist attacks that have devastated his city.

Berlin is a city that has overcome disaster several times over its long life, and Oskar is hopeful it will continue to flourish, thrive and even grow stronger after this tragedy, and rise once more from the ashes like a glorious phoenix.

He hopes that friends and lovers can once again gather under the World Clock of Alexanderplatz, in a place where they had once been so torn apart.
